Coronado

Recently, I had the privilege of traveling to San Diego, California for a few days and let me just say it was amazing! I’m from the south, so it was a very different experience. For starters, there was no humidity. At all. Which is completely different from the southern humidity I am accustomed to.

The landscape was breathtaking! Everywhere we went, the water was in sight! We stayed at the Manchester Grand Hyatt right by the water. For anyone traveling to Sand Diego, I would highly recommend this hotel! From the service, the amenities, to the easy access to everything downtown, it was a great stay!

One of my favorite experiences of the trip was an early morning trip to Coronado Island. It was a little too chilly to stay and lay out on the sand, but the weather was just right for an early morning outfit shoot! For this look I put one of my favorite new tops with a pair of white embroidered high waisted shorts, both from Free People. Pair that with a light cashmere sweater (like this one by VINCE), and you’ve got the perfect beach look!
