“Why is your shirt two sizes too big?? It looks like you’re being swallowed by your shirt.”

I’m sure we’ve all gotten this question at some point if you’ve taken on the oversized clothing trend. However, with oversized being all the rage these days, these questions are hard to come by!

Oversized is one of my favorite trends! What more could you want?? I mean it’s considered fashionable if it doesn’t fit skin-tight and gives you plenty of breathing room! With fall in full swing, chunky-oversized sweaters and scarves are two things you’ll want to add to your wardrobe!

For this look, I was going for a more casual feel. I love the Free People sweater in this look! Its long enough to pair to with a good pair of leggings and some boots! When you pair an oversized shirt with some fitted pants or leggings, you’ve got the trendy loose top while still showing you have shape with your fitted pants! I wore my Astars vegan leather leggings, Frye boots, and topped it off with a fabulous blanket scarf from Soca Clothing. It’s my new favorite scarf! It not only makes a statement, but it is also plenty warm for the upcoming winter months. Blanket scarfs can be tricky to wear, but once you master them you’re sure to make a statement!
